Our engineering team will be doing routine maintenance on our infrastructure. During the maintenance window, customers in the CA and EU regions may not be able to login to InsightConnect or trigger workflows. Workflow jobs in-flight may experience a delay during the windows as well.

This maintenance includes DNS updates which, depending on network configuration, may cause Orchestrators to be unable to communicate to the platform. If your DNS TTL is greater than 24 hours, please flush DNS cache after this maintenance to ensure no gaps in connectivity.

In addition, Automation Workflows in InsightIDR and InsightVM will be offline during the maintenance window.
