Our engineering team will be improving our infrastructure to better serve our customers. During the maintenance window, customers in the EU region may not be able to login to InsightIDR, InsightOps, InsightAppSec, InsightPhish, or Services Portal and some public APIs may return temporary errors. We anticipate that the inability to login will only last for 5-10 minutes.

Event ingestion for InsightIDR, InsightOps and InsightVM may be delayed during the entire maintenance window.

While agents will continue to report data during the maintenance window, changing agent configuration, or deploying new agents may not be available.
