Remediation Project updates have returned to normal, but ticketing integrations (e.g., Jira) are delayed due to a backlog. We are actively scaling up services to process this queue

We have begun the process of restoring backend processing for Remediation Projects and Goals/SLAs. To ensure platform stability, we are cautiously resuming this service in phases and are processing the backlog of events. You will begin to see projects and goals update, but full processing capacity will be restored gradually. We will post an update once services are fully operational.
