The InsightIDR maintenance is scheduled at 5pm UTC Tuesday, September 27th. IDR will still be collecting events during this window and customers will be able to login and access their existing data. However, during this time, alerting will be delayed and some write operations will be unavailable via UI and API. We expect the maintenance will be completed by 9pm UTC on Tuesday, September 27th.
