Update

We are investigating intermittent performance issues with the Public API in the US1 region. Some requests may experience slower-than-normal response times or occasional timeouts. Our engineering teams are actively working on optimizations to restore normal API performance.

Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause and restore normal performance. During our monitoring we have detected an increase in slow response times and timeouts to our Public API.

We have implemented fixes that have stabilized our Public API and resolved the recent timeout errors. API availability has returned to normal levels, and we are now actively monitoring its performance. While the service is stable, some requests may experience higher than normal latency. Our team is continuing to deploy performance enhancements to restore normal response times.
