We are currently investigating an issue where custom alerts are not triggering emails for InsightIDR, InsightOPs and Logentries accounts in the EU region.

This incident affected: InsightIDR (US) (Event Processing), InsightIDR (EU) (Event Processing), and InsightOps (EU) / Logentries (Alerting).
